Careers

We are an event services company built on people who turn up, prepare properly and finish the job. If that sounds like you, we would like to hear from you.

How we work

Event work is deadline work. Our crews are on site early, briefed properly and supervised by someone who knows the plan. In return we aim to be predictable: clear schedules, confirmed shifts, safety equipment provided and payment on time.

Roles we regularly recruit

• Project & production managers — client-facing leads who own schedule, budget and quality across a build.
• Event designers & 3D visualisers — concept development, spatial design and rendering.
• Technical crew — riggers, audio engineers, lighting technicians, LED and video operators.
• Carpenters, fabricators & finishers — scenic build, joinery and site installation.
• Safety & crowd management — safety officers, stewards and supervisors.
• Catering & hospitality — chefs, baristas, service staff, hosts and supervisors.
• Cleaning & operations — site crews, washroom attendants and waste coordinators.

What we look for

• Reliability — arriving on time, prepared, and staying to the end of the shift.
• Site discipline — following instructions, wearing PPE, respecting venue rules.
• Craft — doing the detail properly even when nobody is checking.
• Communication — flagging problems early rather than hiding them.

How to apply

Send your CV and a short note about the work you do to Info@smarteventsksa.com with the subject line “Careers”. If you are applying for site or crew work, tell us your city, your trade and your availability.

We keep applications on file and contact people directly when a project needs their skills. Unfortunately we cannot reply to every application individually.

Freelance & supplier enquiries

We work with freelance crew and specialist suppliers across the Kingdom. If you supply equipment, fabrication, staffing or transport, send a short company profile and your coverage area to the same address.
