We are based in Riyadh and deliver regularly in Jeddah, Dammam, Makkah, Madinah and NEOM. Events outside these cities are mobilised as part of the scope, including crew travel and equipment transport.

For conferences and corporate events, four to six weeks is comfortable. Large builds, temporary structures and events needing authority approvals should be reserved earlier. Peak-season dates are best secured as soon as they are confirmed.

Yes. We deliver public-sector and national programmes with protocol awareness, authority coordination and full documentation, alongside corporate and private events.

Yes. Many clients keep their creative agency, venue or AV partner and appoint us for production, logistics, safety, hospitality or cleaning. We define the interfaces in writing so responsibilities are clear.

We hold core production equipment and employ our own project, technical, hospitality and cleaning teams, supplemented by a vetted supplier network for specialist or high-volume requirements.

Capacity, access and egress are modelled before the layout is fixed. Risk assessments and method statements are prepared in advance, stewards are briefed and supervised by zone, and emergency plans are coordinated with the venue and authorities where required.

Yes. Our team works in both languages, and hosting, signage, registration and guest communication can be delivered bilingually.

Yes. Each service line can be booked on its own. Most clients start with one scope and add others once they see how the interfaces are managed.

Typically a mobilisation deposit to confirm the date, a progress payment before build, and the balance after close-out. Exact terms are stated in the proposal and contract.

Insurance requirements are agreed in the contract, and suppliers are required to hold valid cover. Compliance documents, method statements and crew records are provided as part of the pre-event pack.

Yes. We act as the local delivery partner — venue sourcing, authority liaison, supplier management and on-site interpretation — while you retain the client relationship and creative direction.

We will re-plan and re-confirm availability. Costs already committed to suppliers or fabrication are handled according to the contract terms, and we always try to move work rather than cancel it.
